Voices for Housing is  a series of videos featuring current or past recipients of assisted housing telling their story, their way. These residents are inspirations and their success is a powerful indicator of the importance of safe, sustainable housing. 

These stories are important. Without safe, decent and affordable housing, children won’t get the education they need; seniors will be unable to age in place; veterans and people with disabilities will not be surrounded and supported by community, and families will be unable to thrive.  States and municipalities will continue to incur costs for the use of homeless shelters, hospitals and assisted living environments for seniors and persons with disabilities.  Housing America is proud of the essential programs, people and organizations that help provide housing to millions of America’s most vulnerable each year.
