The mission of the Community Revitalization & Development (CRD) Committee is to monitor CRD issues and best practices, educate and support CRD practitioners on a broad range of issues including funding of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solution Grant (ESG) program, Smart Growth principles, preservation and production of affordable housing and Transit Oriented Development (TOD).
